WiseSmith Management Group, Inc. - Doc has long worked with new talent in the studio to produce and help
guide them in the right direction for success. In 2000, he found the talent he was looking for right at home. His
oldest son Terry had been playing the drums since he was 12, and Justin, his second son, had played lead guitar
since he was 12. Now, with both Terry's and Justin's love for music in the forefront of their minds, they teamed
up with vocalist Brendan Kavanaugh and bass player Jamie Richardson to form an alternative rock band called
"IrishAnna," now known as "Eclectic." A band that would prove to be the magic Doc was looking for in an
artist/group.
"This group of guys have the musical ability, attitude, edge and the magic on stage that it takes to make it in this
bazaar world of entertainment. They will one day capture the title, 'number one,'" Doc said.
Under his own garage ceiling, Doc found what he had been looking for over a 15-year period in the gospel, and
country industry. He found that magical group in an alternative rock band that he swears will go to the very top
of the charts. In 2002, under the umbrella of WiseSmith Enterprises Management Group, Doc signed the former
"IrishAnna," now known as "Eclectic," to a three-year development management contract.
His credits are the following: Executive CEO for non-profit Organizations, Executive Sales & Operations, Owner
of his own night club, producer of development acts, producer of stage shows, radio programming, local TV
programming, Artist Management, and Emcee of major events.
