Missing Six - Missing Six has evolved from a simple alternative rock band into an eclectic cross-genre entity
in a span of two and a half years. The band is currently and has always been based out of Indianapolis, but
Missing Six have always gone out of their way to cater to small town venues as well. Missing Six began building a loyal following in Indianapolis and the small towns of Indiana as they gigged extensively
throughout 2003. The band stepped in to the studio later that same year with well-known producer Paul
Mahern (John Mellancamp, The Pieces, Loretta) and recorded an ambitious full-length debut album titled
"The Philadelphia Experiment." Soon after the release of the album the band went through a very welcomed line-up change which has allowed Missing Six to evolve and expand their sound. The line-up change meant
welcoming drummer Phil Milam with open arms and open minds. Phil's jazz background added a new and
welcomed element to the band's already eclectic style. The band has been writing and rehearsing new material over the past year. The boys only played a handful of shows in 2004 between Indianapolis and
Louisville trying to hone their live show. Missing Six plans to record a follow-up album and resume an extensive
gigging schedule in 2005. Notable Shows: Benchmark Battle of the Bands 2003, Phat Fest 2003, Madison Regatta Battle of the Bands 2003, Summer Groove Music Festival 2003.
