While visiting the Army surplus store to stock up on supplies, RMC met Rob and King David, who were busy trying to shoplift some ammunition.
The three hit it off and agreed that starting a rock band would be the perfect platform to
promote their political views.
Combing the power of the MC5, the stuttering time shifts of Bad Brains, the Sunday morning
soul of Marvin Gaye, the dusty folk of C,S,N&Y, and the overt religious/politcal statements of
Bob Marley, A Little Revolution strives to create music that will make mainstream rock bands
sound like formulaic, boring, corporate trash.
A Little Revolution was formed in February of 2001 to combat the apathy and ignorance of the 18-35 demographic. In a nation where big business limits the Presidential nominees to a pair of rich, second generation millionaires, these musicians attempt to influence the youth of America to be more enlightened about the wrld, so that they in turn can influence the democratic process by voting with their ballots and their dollar bills.
This is not a revolution of guns.
This is a revolution of the heart.
Viva La Revolution!
